Toepick is a green-skinned, ogre-like alien who wears a metal cage as a helmet to conceal his horrific face which induces fear in any who see it. Toepick himself cannot look at his own face without fear, and his own species cannot look at each other for the same reason. The Omnitrix symbol is on the bottom of the collar his cage is on, which is connected by chains to a pair of black briefs.
Toepick was mentioned in the original series' non-canon episode "Ken 10", as one of the ten accessible aliens in Ken's Omnitrix. He makes his debut appearance in the episode "Special Delivery" to overwhelm Psyphon with his face.
